Bill Tapia was one of the greatest finds I ever made while trying to find bands to fill my 6AM time slot for college radio. I only wish I had realized he was 99 years old when I first found one of his CD's. He made his first recording at the age of 96 and passed away at the ripe age of 101 doing what he loved to do. Oh Duke of Uke, you'll always put me at ease.
